The Light Starter Kit is well-suited for new menstruators, light flows, and daily liners; while the Medium Starter Kit is ideal for medium flows, new menstruators, and those looking to expand their collection; Heavy and Ultra Starter Kits are perfect for those with heavier flows, front/back bleeders, postpartum recovery, and overnight use. Our kits feature many fabrics such as cotton, organic cotton, velours, and hand dyed Sherpa.
