Fulfillment times for ready to ship items is usually 3-5 business days.

If your order includes custom or made to order items, including facial rounds and interlabial pads, it can take up to 6-8 weeks or longer for us to process and hand make your items just for you. Please add custom fabric ordering and shipping times, if requested, to this timeframe.

There are many ways to save with us! We offer automatic discounts on some of our items and free shipping on orders under $12 and over $75. Starter kits automatically save you 12%, all light/liner sales are always B3G1, and when you place an order with us you will receive a code for 20% all future orders with your shipment.

We try to drop a restock on ready to ship prints at least once a month. Look for the red countdown banner near the top of our home page for the next restock times. Or follow us on TikTok and Instagram to see what we’re up to and what’s in the works.

Often times we will print packing slips and purchase shipping labels when we begin processing your order to keep organized on our end. If the tracking number isn’t showing progress it’s most likely because you ordered a custom or made to order items(s) that we are in the process of making for you.

In an effort to keep our overall processing times low we have implemented a new way of listing our custom and made to order items. On the first of every month every custom and made to order item we offer will be active for purchasing. As the month goes on and custom orders fill up we will remove listings so our shop isn’t overwhelmed and customers aren’t forced to wait months for their items.
